Read Our Travel Diary

Sunday 4th November - Scotland - Aberdeen
Our journey home went very well and weve now been back for 4 whole days! It feels very strange to be back. Andrews parents were here to welcome us and ease our re-entry into normal life by ensuring there was milk in the fridge and a pan of soup on the stove. Thanks so much for that, Billy and Eileen.

Im sure it will take a few weeks to return to normality, but already the trip seems like a wonderful dream, drifting slowly away from us. Happy memories, lots of stories to bore people with (sorry about that everyone).
